Job Details Job Details: As a Permanent Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and innovative team in the Manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of quality control and assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality control systems, supervising a team of quality assurance specialists, and working closely with other departments to ensure that all products meet our stringent quality criteria. Oversee and manage all quality assurance activities, including planning, implementation, and maintenance of quality control systems. 2. Supervise a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance, support and feedback on their work. 3. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards. 4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. 5. Review and analyze quality assurance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including USDA. 7. Conduct training sessions on quality assurance procedures and standards for all staff. 8. Participate in the development and review of product specifications to ensure quality requirements are met. 9. Work closely with suppliers to ensure that all materials meet our quality standards. 10. Lead investigations into any quality issues or complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry. 3. Extensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and procedures. 4. Strong knowledge of USDA regulations and standards. 5. Proven experience in managing and leading a team. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 11.
