Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paint and coatings industry, is seeking a skilled Bilingual Color Mixer to join our dynamic retail team. This position involves preparing custom paint colors and finishes for customers while ensuring match precision and customer satisfaction. As a Bilingual Color Mixer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores by using your language skills to assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers. This role requires a keen eye for color nuances and an ability to confidently handle customer inquiries and orders with precision and courtesy. Mix and prepare custom paint orders with accuracy and speed Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to understand their requirements and provide recommendations Manage inventory levels of paints and supplies, ensuring availability of necessary materials Maintain a clean and organized workspace Conduct color matching and corrections to meet customer satisfaction Follow all safety guidelines related to paint mixing and store operations Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Proficient in both English and Spanish Strong understanding of color theory and color mixing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision Experience in using paint mixing machines and other related hardware Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Formal training in color theory or a related field is a plus. Certifications in paint technology or retail operations beneficial.
