Your Life ABA is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician to provide instructional support to assigned client(s) by implementing assigned tasks, methods, and techniques from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the home, school, and community setting. All clinical aspects are performed under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA. Must have, or obtain within 60 days of hire, a Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Voluntary completion of BACB approved RBT course, exam and RBT certification within 30 days of hire. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the guidance of a BCBA/BCaBA, the behavior counselor/RBT is responsible for delivering 1:1 instruction and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and Behavior Support Plans in the home, school, and community setting.
• Provides modeling and coaching of ABA techniques, teaching procedures, and interventions to caretakers.
