In this role, you will lead a 5-person team, coordinating the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure alignment between customer demand, lead times, inventory management and capacity requirements. You will use your scheduling and planning expertise to create and maintain master production plans for global products, level load resources, and communicate production availability to the sales team.   • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • Change-agent with 5+ years Production Planning / Scheduling / Leadership experience with a manufacturer of complex equipment
  • Ability to establish and maintain planning horizons, lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, etc.
  • Proven experience with capacity planning modeling, scheduling, BOM, inventory control, project management (MS Project)
