Pacific Life is seeking talented Client Experience Representatives
to join the Life Insurance Division in our Lynchburg, VA office.
The Life Insurance Division works with financial and insurance
professionals to give families and businesses the life insurance
coverage needed to help meet important financial protection, wealth
accumulation, and wealth preservation goals.

With minimal supervision, this role will perform the following:
Review, evaluate and process life insurance new business
transactions as appropriate.
Communicate with and/or create correspondence for producers, field
offices, and external interested parties as applicable.
Support workflow management by working in different queues/roles as
assigned and proactively continues to build upon processing
knowledge and skills.
Review, evaluate and process case work with minimal supervision
according to department procedures.
Analyzes case information and identifies appropriate action path
based on where the case is in the process.
Provides and collects information ensuring systems are both updated
and noted with the appropriate level of detail.
Utilize necessary Life Division resources to determine regulatory,
product and case design requirements.
Communicates with and/or creates correspondence for producers,
field offices and external interested parties as applicable.
Adapts quickly to changing responsibilities and maintains effective
knowledge of other tasks previously assigned.
Leverages training opportunities to develop new skills toward more
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
College degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years experience in a professional environment.
Knowledge of transactional processing using new business
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with multiple systems.
Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to
