Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Officer - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities

Drive outside sales by prospecting and building relationships with clients in the construction industry
Originate a range of loan products, including vertical construction and multifamily financing
Lead the loan process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring smooth processing

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in construction finance or residential/commercial mortgage lending
Strong understanding of construction loan structures and processes
High ethical standards and commitment to client and company interests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
