Platform Support Lead Job Description
Seeking a talented Platform Support Lead to own the support activities of critical Underwriting platforms, ensuring reliability and availability of systems for Underwriting and New Business colleagues.

This hybrid role empowers employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As a Platform Support Lead, you'll move Pacific Life forward by:

• Regularly monitoring systems to ensure smooth operation
  
• Handling incidents and issues, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations
  
• Identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing solutions
  
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including updates on incidents and system status
  
  
  Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of experience working with application development and support teams
    
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
    
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    
  • Ability to work collaboratively
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    Background in Life Insurance, especially Underwriting, experience managing third-party vendors and contracts, and a continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
