  POSITION SUMMARY: The general laborers will unload and load supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, perform flagging out on roads and railroad crossings, keep shop and yard organized, assist with pickups and deliveries.
  
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Lifts, carries, loads and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood and hardware, etc.
    
  • Prepares, cleans and sweeps work areas and maintain a neat, orderly, work environment.
    
  • Make sure trucks are loaded with proper equipment for set tasks.
    
  • Works out in the field performing flagging duties for traffic control.
    
  • Organizing inventory and shelves
    
  • Ensure yard is organized and kept clean.
    
  • Assist with product inventory
    
  • Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times.
    
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.
    
    
    
    Position Requirements
    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
    • Ability to understand and follow directions as given
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Drivers License - Preferred but not required - Let the Recruiter know if you have a CDL license and you may be eligble for a different role as well.
    • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
