opportunityResponsibilities:Manages and monitors all installed
systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with
company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).Defines
Thriveworks needs and functionality in a service development
cycle.Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and
evaluating for the development of design and its implementation.
Has the ability to work closely with other departments outside of
Technology.Installs configures, and tests operating systems,
networks (physical & virtual), storage environments, log & alert
management, change tracking, and system management tools.Ensures
the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.Plans
and implements system automation as required for better
efficiency.Automation enthusiast with an 'automate the first
mindset'Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high
quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and
procedures.Deals with the work process, optimization methods, and
risk management tools.Has hands-on experience managing SQL
environments or other database technologies.The engineer will be
hands-on in developing the System foundation, which may include
CI/CD automation, infrastructure automation, ops, config & change
management, network monitoring, and segmentation, etc.Manages &
improves the endpoint management system, assisting in system-wide
deployments and ongoing scheduled maintenance
windowsRequirements:3-5 years of previous or similar work
experience.Excellent verbal and written communication.Detail
Oriented.Can manage workflow to meet deadlines.Able to work as part
of a team and independently.Self-motivated to achieve
goals.Outside-the-box thinkers; and excellent at
problem-solving.Some experience with public technologies from at
least one (AWS, GCP, Azure).Can create and manage project plans and
system design initiatives.Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS
and network fundamentals.Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST,
SOC 2.Position Type and Expected hoursFull time - 40 hours per
weekRemote positionMonday - Friday, 8a - 5pmThriveworks is a
