The Event Support Work Study is responsible for working in a
team environment, exercising good judgment, and providing support
and supplies to the University for Special Events and moving
various items for a wide variety of University departments. The
Event Support Work Study reports to the Associate Director and
Managers of ESMM.
Event Support Responsibilities:
1. Deliver, set up and break down staging for University

Material Movement Responsibilities:
1. Deliver items to and from Central Receiving and the 12th St.
2. Perform office moves for various departments
3. Assist other departments of the University in moving items
from one area to another.

2. Clean and assist in routine maintenance of equipment.
Communication and Comprehension
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
to convey clear, well-articulated information.

The working environment in which one will typically perform the

High School Diploma or GED required.
Has reliable transportation to and from the work place.
Typical work hours are Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm with potential
weekend work. We are flexible to work with class schedules.
