University located in Lynchburg, VA.

The Executive Chef will
lead a dedicated work force in providing high quality and diverse
Catering services on a very busy campus with high profile
events. LU Catering takes care of all events on campus from a
very small intimate dining experience at the President’s home,
serving 3,000+ guests at LU Athletics Flames Club events during
football home games and to a multitude of events during
Commencement in May for 20,000 guests on campus.The Executive
Chef for catering must feel comfortable interacting with clients
and students during events. They must be able to multitask and have
knowledge of high-end food and the basic buffet style.
The successful candidate will:
responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost
analysis and food production forecasting;
