Assist Financial Advisor(s) in an administrative capacity by
handling all office-related duties and responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

1.Properly record transactions and inquiries and see that client
files and confirmations are complete, current, and maintained in a
manner that conforms to regulatory and firm policies.
2.Handle all written correspondence to or from clients as directed
by Financial Advisor(s).
3.Prepare all seminar packets for the sales staff.
4.Enlarge upon sales opportunities from referrals by developing
relationships with BB&T employees.
5.Provide Branch Complex Manager and/or Financial Advisor(s) with
timely activity reports, referrals generated, and sales results for
accurate record keeping.
6.Continually recognize an employee's responsibility to represent
the total firm in all client and outside relationships, and view
every public contact as an opportunity to sell the total firm and
all its services through appropriate referrals.
