As the Maintenance Supervisor working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills required to build a strong motivated team of maintenance technicians. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have prior experience supervising or managing a maintenance team. High level maintenance skills preferred with knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment installs. This is a hands-on job for a strong leader who is able to prioritize tasks and delegate assignments based on various situations. High pay potential for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of equipment - Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external contractors - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management - Proven experience in supervising a team of maintenance technicians - Strong knowledge of, electrical systems, Hydraulics and pneumatics and PLC's - Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions - Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team Please apply directly to our job postings at careers.dxa.com.
