This position is located in our Richmond, VA office and offers a schedule of Monday-Thursday in office and Friday remote.Responsibilities

• Design and develop high performance web applications.
• Promote consistent architecture patterns for design and development.
• Craft elegant and extensible solutions using modern Front-End frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with other Software Engineers across the organization.
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practices.
• Take an active role in mentoring other developers.Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
• 5+ years of production development experience using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience in architecting, designing and building web applications in an agile environment.
• Experience in unit, performance and automation testing.
• A track record of commitment to previous employers.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with .NET Core, Relational (SQL Server) and Document Data Systems (Dynamo, ElasticSearch) a plus.
• Experience with AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, Kafka, Redis a plus.
