Job Description:

Thriveworks is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator responsible for onboarding all new clinical and administrative employees in a timely and efficient manner; they will be the first point of contact for all new hires and will ensure that all appropriate paperwork is complete. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and onboarding of Clinical and Administrative employees. The Onboarding Coordinator will also maintain the supplies for the Fredericksburg Headquarters and handle any office space issues.Our mission here at Thriveworks is to help people live happy, successful lives. We believe that everyone can find value in working with a mental health professional and strive to ensure people all across the US have that very opportunity.Human Resource Functions:Conduct HR onboarding for clinical and administrative staff by:Adding candidates to HRIS and initiating onboarding amongst other teams.Submitting online investigation requests and assisting with new-employee background checks.Completing Forms I-9, verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining I-9 files.Adding administrative and clinical employees to our payroll system.Verifying employment eligibility status using the E-Verify platform.Tracking status of candidates in HRIS and responding with follow-up emails at the end of the recruiting process.Creating and maintaining HR files.Office Manager Essential Functions:Supplies: work in tandem with the HR Coordinator in maintaining supply stock, updating auto-ships, ordering supplies that can't be put on autoship.Helping HR Coordinator address any office space Issues (ie. heating issues, parking issues, internet problems, trash, cleaning complaints, arranging fridge clean out).Processes mail for office.Education:Bachelor's Degree preferredAssociates Degree requiredExperience:Requires 1 year experience in the related area as an individual contributor.Availability:This is a full-time remote opportunityHours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTBenefits:An amazing team cultureProfessional development & advancement opportunities401K with 3% employer matchHealthcare, Dental, Vision, and life insurance benefitsProfessional EAP program for team member & householdAdditional coverage options available such as: Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Group Accident InsuranceSuccessful Thriveworks employees believe in our mission to help people live happy, healthy lives.
