Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in
providing top-notch food service and nutrition solutions within a
hospitality & travel context. The Dietary Aide will assist in the
smooth operation of food services by ensuring that all meals are
prepared and presented in accordance with health and safety
standards, and that dietary needs of our clients are met with
consideration and care. This role is vital in our mission to
deliver service excellence and innovative solutions in food
services at institutions such as hospitals, schools, and
universities. Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and
beverages. Follow all health and safety regulations when handling
food and equipment. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the food
service area and equipment. Adapt menus to cater to varying dietary
requirements and preferences. Monitor inventory and report
necessary supplies and equipment needs. Collaborate with kitchen
staff and dietitians to plan and evaluate meals. Basic knowledge of
food preparation and nutrition. Ability to adhere to health and
safety guidelines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity for standing for extended periods and performing
physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail and ability to
follow instructions precisely. Food Handler's Certificate
preferred.
