Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Lynchburg, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,085 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intermediate Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required, including travel experience. License: Active state license required upon start. Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS, BLS. Must-Have: Charge experience preferred. Description: Replacing current staff member. The patient population includes a mix of medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac intermediate care, and neuro patients, including those with CVA. Assignments are for 12-hour night shifts. The unit strives to have staff work 2 out of 3 weekends per month, but this may vary based on unit needs. Travelers are expected to contribute to a supportive culture, especially when interacting with students and new hires. Float requirement is not applicable. Cerner experience is preferred. All requested time off must be included in the submission packet.
