Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Franklin, WV Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $1,428 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Franklin, WV (26807) Shift: Day Shift | 08:00 AM 04:30 PM Assignment: Contract | April 6, 2026 July 6, 2026 Compensation $36.00 $42.00/hr Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week Contract Length: 14 weeks Meal Break: 30 minutes Overview We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapy services by assisting in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with mobility and functional impairments. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment Requirements Active PTA License (State of West Virginia) Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Additional Details Must bring valid government-issued ID Facility compliance requirements apply
