Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,991 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27403! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: EKG exam required during onboarding for all RNs regardless of specialty. Experience with EPIC charting system preferred. Previous charge experience is required. Experience with a patient ratio of 1:6 is expected. Travel experience is required. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse will work night shifts, 3 times a week. The work schedule includes weekends and holiday rotation. Charge RN shifts may be required as needed. Floating to various units may be necessary as needed. Responsibilities include managing blood products, starting IVs, and administering medications. The patient population consists primarily of medical-surgical patients. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various services, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Nurses will be expected to follow isolation precautions and use personal protective equipment. This role involves use of rapid response teams and code teams for emergency situations.
