Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology (Non-Certified) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant specialty License: Active VA / Compact License required upon start Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in relevant specialty - BLS certification - Cerner experience preferred Description: This position involves providing nursing care in an oncology setting. The role requires a background in Med Surg Oncology nursing. Charge responsibility may be required, and appropriate pay differential and training will be provided. Travelers may float based on unit needs. Assignments end on Saturday, with a requirement to work 2 to 3 weekends per month based on unit need. Candidates should explain any gaps in work history over 90 days. Prior travel experience is required for this position. Floating is not required for this role.
