Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
Critical Care Unit team. This pivotal role involves providing

care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and
protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient condition,
administering medications, and documenting patient care performed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to formulate and
implement patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients
and their families, ensuring compassionate and effective care
delivery. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by
complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Dedicate
attention to preventing healthcare-associated infections through
proper hygiene and adherence to infection control protocols.
Proficiency in clinical assessments Ability to manage complex
patient situations Strong organizational and communication skills
Capacity for making quick and accurate decisions Proficient in
using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification.
ACLS certification preferred.
