Your role will involve preparing patients for surgery, assisting surgeons during operations, and ensuring a sterile and safe surgical environment. Prepare patients for surgery, including taking patient history and vital signs Assist surgeons during procedures by providing necessary medical instruments Monitor patient health and safety throughout surgeries Administer medications and update patient records Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection Collaborate with surgical team members to assess and optimize procedures Strong clinical skills in a surgical setting Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure Proficiency in using medical software and surgical instruments Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment BLS certification Preferably ACLS certified
