Make an impact that matters. /n/n Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a Medical Services Coordinator at the Warren County Detention Center in North Carolina. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys leadership, values structure, and is ready to take ownership of clinical operations while continuing hands on patient care. /n/n This is not a desk only position. It is a working leadership role within a secure correctional healthcare environment, offering consistency, collaboration, and the opportunity to influence care delivery for a diverse patient population. /n/nPosition Details/n/n Location: Warren County Detention Center, North Carolina /nPosition: Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Services Coordinator /nSchedule: Monday through Friday /nHours: 32 hours per week /n/n Sign On & Retention Bonus /n/nKey Responsibilities/n/n Provide direct patient care while coordinating daily nursing operations /nSupport and guide nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care /nAssess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress /nAdminister medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations /nEnsure treatment plans and provider directives are followed accurately /nRespond to medical concerns, emergencies, and time sensitive situations /nMaintain compliance with State Scope of Practice, facility policies, and clinical guidelines /nServe as a liaison between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
