Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Richmond, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,235 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Richmond, Virginia, 23219! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years of critical care, acute care, or medical-surgical RN experience License: BSN required State or compact license required at time of submission Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience managing acute care or medical-surgical adult and/or geriatric patient populations preferred. Telephone triage experience preferred. Home health experience preferred. EPIC charting experience required. Description: The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to inpatients at the acute level in the comfort of the patient’s home. Each patient has an individualized plan of care that determines the tasks and duties for home visits. The RN is responsible for delivering essential elements of inpatient care within the patient’s defined living space using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination. Quality care is provided through the implementation of the nursing process applied within a team nursing model. The RN will access and document patient care and will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver therapeutic interventions within the patient’s home while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Candidates should be flexible with rotating day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidates will float within scope as needed. This role requires managing stable patients discharged from the hospital to the home health program.
