Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team across our multi-state healthcare facilities. As a leader

role in tailoring and delivering patient-specific care plans in

innovations and positively impacting patient lives. Assess, plan,
and implement care processes for patients, analyzing reports and
updating treatments based on the evolution of health status.
Administer medications and interventions while monitoring and
reporting any side effects or discrepancies. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to form a cohesive treatment team. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and
prevention strategies, emphasizing personalized care. Ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local protocols as well as
facility-specific standards. Strong ability to undertake critical
decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Proficiency in managing both inpatient and outpatient care.
Knowledge of healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
