Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our patients in both facility-based and home-based settings across 42 states. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in crafting personal treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy, contributing to our patient-centered approach that values holistic recovery. Evaluate patients' condition, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions Review patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and families about health programs and maintenance Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations Provide guidance and instruction for supportive mobility aids Strong understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology Ability to manage multiple patients with varying health conditions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in clinical software and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills to foster beneficial relationships Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist licensure CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
