Job Description:

adaptable Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our
team. In this dynamic role, the LPN will have the opportunity to

Provide nursing care in various departments as assigned, ensuring
continuous delivery of quality healthcare. Administer medications
and treatments promptly as prescribed by physicians. Monitor
patients' health conditions and report any significant changes to
the assigned supervisor or physician. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient records and documentation. Assist in the
assessment and implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient
care. Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatment, and home care preparation. Strong clinical skills and
proficiency in delivering patient care. Excellent adaptability to
changing work environments and patient needs. Superb communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to administer medications and
perform necessary treatments as prescribed. Proficient in
maintaining accurate patient records. Capable of performing under
pressure in different healthcare settings. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and valid
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred but not
mandatory.
