Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,991 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered
Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Orthopedics Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2
years required. License: Active RN license required.
Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred. Must-Have: EKG exam
required. Description: The role involves providing care to
orthopedic patients. The candidate must have experience in
pre-operative and post-operative orthopedic care. Knowledge of
elective and trauma patient management is essential. The nurse will
be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:6, with the
possibility of stretching to 1:7. Experience with total hip, knee,
and shoulder replacements and repairs is required. The nurse will
utilize safe patient handling equipment and orthopedic-specific
tools. Candidates should be familiar with the use of rapid response
teams. The role requires flexibility with scheduling and adherence
to attendance policies. Candidates must be prepared to pass a
mandatory EKG exam during compliance. This position includes caring
for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The role involves
working with interdisciplinary support teams including physical
therapy, respiratory services, and social services. All candidates
are subject to float to different departments as needed.
