Shift-based scheduling in a Long-Term Acute Care setting
Highlights: Work in a specialized LTAC/Telemetry environment with
complex, medically challenging patients Utilize critical thinking
and leadership skills to coordinate high-quality patient care
Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to
patient recovery Gain exposure to advanced care modalities
including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and central
lines Opportunity to develop clinical competencies in wound care
and long-term acute rehabilitation Shift accountability for nursing
process implementation aligned with state Nurse Practice Act
standards Requirements: Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart
Association 2 to 5 years of Registered Nurse experience required
Demonstrated ventilator and tracheostomy care experience Knowledge
