Job Description Job Description Position Title: Certified Phlebotomist- must have a state of Louisiana certification Reason for Need: Phlebotomist/Field Laboratory Representative (performing blood draws through venipuncture and urine drug screen collections) Dress Code: Solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes Assignment Duration: Part-Time, Temp, Ongoing (Indefinite) Interview Process: The manager will do a phone interview and can have a follow up with a face to face. Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 per hour Schedule: 1:30pm-6:30pm Monday through Thursday. Candidate will start at Longbranch, Abita Springs, LA for 2.5 hours and then drive to Longbranch Covington, LA to collect and process from 4:00pm-6:30pm. It is less than a four mile drive between the two sites. Worksite Location (Address, City, State): Longbranch Abita Springs, LA 70420 Longbranch Wellness Covington Covington, LA 70433 DESCRIPTION: As a Phlebotomist/Specimen Collector, you will be a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by our client. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely obtaining urine samples from patients for the purpose of laboratory testing. In this role you will be required to conduct observed and/or supervised specimen collections. Observed Collections are those requiring observation of patient providing sample either by direct vision, through a mirror, or through a camera. Supervised collects are those requiring supervision of patient providing sample by being in the same vicinity as the patient.
