Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Lynchburg, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,109 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501! Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of emergency department experience in a similar-sized emergency department. License: Active VA Compact License required at time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale. Must-Have: - Trauma Certification (ATCN/TNCC/ATLC) - Cerner experience highly preferred. - All requested time off must be included at the time of submission. Description: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of emergency department experience. Experience in trauma level 1 or 2 is required. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required. Candidates should have a trauma certification (ATCN/TNCC/ATLC). Cerner experience is highly preferred. The position requires flexibility to meet the staffing needs of the unit. Assignments will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts. The candidate must be willing to work every other weekend. Please note that the client may cancel assignments up to 36 hours prior due to census.
