ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Lynchburg, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Med Surg Oncology RN - 12H Nights Location Virginia Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour night shifts, with assignments ending on Saturdays. Orientation occurs every other week on Mondays, with a requirement to work 2-3 weekends per month based on unit needs. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Oncology RN for night shifts. Candidates must have previous travel experience and will be required to float based on unit needs. Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg Oncology setting. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing updates to the healthcare team. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Active VA or Compact License required upon start. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a clear explanation of any gaps in employment over 90 days. - Completion of Skills Checklist and submission of Nursys/license copy.
