Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift Assignment Duration This is a
13-week contract position. Schedule 12-Hour Night Shift: 7 PM - 7
AM with work required every third weekend. Job Description We are
seeking a dedicated Geri Psych Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a
psychiatric setting, specifically with geriatric patients. The role
involves providing comprehensive nursing care and support to
individuals with mental health challenges. Responsibilities -
Provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to geriatric
patients. - Conduct assessments and develop individualized care
plans. - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
and well-being. - Maintain accurate medical records and
documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure -
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar psychiatric setting.
- Current BLS certification is required. - Active Virginia or
Compact License required at the time of submission. - CPI
certification can be obtained on-site. - Proof of Covid and Flu
vaccinations or declinations must be provided. - Experience with
