ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Farmville, Virginia. Schedule 3pm-12am, Monday-Thursday, with call 1 night, typically Thursday into Friday at 7am. Job Description The Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer performs imaging for both in-patients and out-patients for physician review and interpretation. The candidate must be familiar with GE/Cerner systems and possess skills in general ultrasound, lower leg venous (DVT), and breast imaging. Responsibilities Perform ultrasound imaging of various modalities for patients. Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate physician interpretation. Conduct venous assessments including lower leg DVT imaging. Participate in on-call rotation with other ultrasound techs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. Completion of a two-year degree or certification program in Ultrasonography. Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Prior travel experience is required.
