Job Description:
Join a caring team as an LPN or RN at North Andover, earning up
to $44.50/hr based on experience. Provide compassionate nursing
care in a warm, home-like environment, building lasting
relationships with residents and staff. Assess, document, and
communicate residents' health status, report changes, and
coordinate care with providers. Supervise and mentor Resident Care
Assistants, ensuring quality care and resident independence.
Recognize and prevent elder abuse, respond to emergencies, and
follow regulations. Requirements include a current LPN/RN license,
CPR certification, and preferred 1-2 years of experience,
