Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Administrator in Roanoke, VA,
to lead clinical services and daily operations in a mission-driven
environment.
Provide strong leadership, promote a positive work culture, and
manage hospice services.
Recruit, train, supervise staff, and support professional
growth.
Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and maintain
high-quality care standards.
Collaborate with teams and families to deliver comprehensive
end-of-life care.
Oversee budget, resources, and foster effective communication with
healthcare partners.
Qualifications include an active RN license in VA and at least 2
years of health-related experience, including 1 year in hospice
supervision or administration.
Hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM, with competitive salary and benefits.
