We are seeking a fellowship trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our spine team for a full-time position. Work with two interventional physiatrists. Join the state s leading provider of expert musculoskeletal care which serves the needs of its patients through a team of highly-trained specialists who are committed to the independent practice of medicine. More than 100 physicians, 23 office locations, MRI facilities, outpatient surgery centers and therapy clinics located throughout Virginia.This office is comprised of 19 physicians. We provide care for an immediate drawing area of approximately 250,000. We are committed to providing compassionate, full breadth musculoskeletal care to our immediate community and tertiary areas. Specialists include physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand surgery, foot and ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care, and physical and occupational therapy. Our 87,000 square foot facility houses an MRI, injection suite, an after-hours clinic and expanded therapy services.Spine surgeons joining will have an active interest in collaborative diagnosis and treatment of spine- related disorders in the context of a multi-disciplinary Spine Center including orthopedic surgeons, interventional physiatrists and physical therapists. Candidate would have general orthopedic call responsibilities in a level two trauma center (1 in 13). Competitive salary and benefit package offered.
