EHS Admin will report to site EHS ManagerJob will require both computer-based work and on the floor supportMaintain an accurate, complete, and up to date Safety & Environmental calendarMaintain records as required by Frito-Lay protocol, permit, or rule/regulation, as well as in accordance with safety policies.Oversee environmental areas such as wastewater, spills, waste management, air quality, sustainability, potable water, hazardous chemicals, and storm waterConduct quarterly program reviews with operators, maintenance, and managers in order to stay up to date with safety policies.Environmental safety policy programs need to meet and exceed safety policy requirementsMaintain proper permits to ensure complianceUpdate all assigned safety programs to ensure they are meeting the requirements set forth by safety policiesContinually improve the sites environmental culture through site awareness eventsProduce reports, as required, for internal and external useActively participate in weekly safety meetings/conference callsLead and meet with the green team on a quarterly basisEnsure Site earns Level of Excellence for Environmental Health and Safety auditsLead the site's safety team in the absence of Safety managerRespond and react when an injury occursEnter into accident analysis findings/corrective actions and safety and health determinationsCoordinate the quarterly safety trainings on an annual basisEnsure tasks are closed within the internal system by the required due dateUpload post-audit corrective actions into the internal system and properly close according to safety policy standardsEnvironmental incidents need to be reported through the internal system.Provide project management oversight for any environmental concerns that may arisePerform and lead monthly inspections of the facility.Perform job hazard and job safety analyses, citing specific hazards and methods for remediation.Maintain the sites risk register based upon the results of the job hazard assessment.Adhere to the Environmental, Health & Safety requirements including completing tasks in a safe manner, attending safety meetings and mandatory EHS training, and reporting any unsafe conditions or acts, unanticipated hazards, or environmental concerns.Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. Flexibility Required.#LI-USAProficient computer skills - Microsoft Office SuiteMust be willing to obtain OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certificationsCapable of structuring a program and technical solutions to ensure compliance while maximizing operational flexibility and cost effectiveness.Knowledge/experience and/or willingness to learn in Frito-Lay policy/procedure and governmental regulatory programs.Demonstrated knowledge and ownership of the Green Team process preferred.Good analytical, problem solving, and math skills. Able to identify an issue and offer solutions to solve itAbility to work successfully within all levels of the organization to drive environmental and safety awareness and performance.#LI-USA
