Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Training - Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales training strategy to support growth
and sales excellence
Lead and develop a team of sales trainers to ensure consistent,
high-quality training experiences
Oversee the design and development of sales training content and
introduce innovative formats to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales training or a similar leadership
role
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and training best
practices
Experience in developing and delivering virtual training
programs
Ability to analyze performance data and establish KPIs for training
effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
