Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Manager, Community
Engagement - Midwest Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to raise $350,000-$400,000
annually through various events
Recruit, coach, and support fundraisers while developing
data-driven strategies for engagement
Identify and support high-impact volunteer leaders and build
community partnerships to enhance fundraising initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of experience in
peer-to-peer fundraising or community development
3+ years of success in planning and executing peer-to-peer
fundraising campaigns
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple
priorities independently
Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel 15-20%
of the time
