This is how we deliver for our customers, our employees, and investors.CoStar Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Marketing Automation experience. In this role, you will define the long-term product vision and drive the planning and execution of customer experience initiatives throughout the CRM product lifecycle. You will engage with a diverse cross-functional team, including Product Design, Engineering, and Business Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of our marketing automation solutions. This position is located in our Richmond, VA office and is in office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Success: Lead the development of our residential research and content curation experience, ensuring alignment with Marketing objectives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Craft clear, actionable problem statements and utilize your expertise in iterative software delivery to prioritize and groom minimal viable products (MVPs).
• Customer-Centric Roadmap: Leverage customer insights to shape the product roadmap for Marketing initiatives, focusing on UX/UI patterns that deliver world-class omnichannel experiences.
• Product Ownership: Take ownership of the near-term product roadmap, effectively prioritizing features to achieve key business outcomes while identifying leverage points within complex problems.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data-driven decision-making to define success metrics and measurable outcomes, balancing risk assessment with innovative approaches to enhance product delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech partners and Marketing teams to share the business strategy and roadmap, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring a cohesive approach to product development.
• Proactive Strategy: Identify opportunities for improvement in security, resilience, and performance metrics, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to product capabilities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams, maintaining transparency on risks and impediments while building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Team Development: Contribute to a positive team culture by leading recruitment efforts and mentoring junior product associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
• 3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.
• Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.
• 5+ years of experience managing the development of digital content products that support Marketing initiatives, including email marketing tools and event marketing management.
