Job Description:
Currently seeking a Process Analyst/Project Manager for an
exciting DIRECT HIRE role in Lynchburg, Virginia!
Process AnalystGeneral Functions:Provides timely, reliable, and
courteous, support and information to Customers, all outside Sales
reps and Agents for purposes of quoting and order processing for
machines, related. Authorized to contract with customers.Act as
account administrator for future and existing sales accounts as
assigned. Involves learning and building a relationship with the
assigned customers. Assists with establishing, developing,
promoting, and selling, machines, replacement parts, machinery
upgrades and rebuilds, machinery conversions, and restorations.
Works within, and strives to improve documented Quality Management
System (ISO) as it pertains to the job requirements. Full
understanding of INCOTERMS.Technical ability to read and understand
engineered drawings. Primary Responsibilities:Proposal
AdministrationPrepare timely, professional and accurate quotations
for standard and Branded Solutions machines.Research past sales
orders as necessary for equipment conversion quotations and to
assist engineering.Consult with Tooling Design Engineers for
accurate customer equipment solution.Perform order entry for all
sales orders and other orders as necessary. Quoting spare parts on
machines.Actively update and gather customer data for Customer
Relationship ManagementProcess sales orders according to ISO
procedures to ensure accurate customers' account status, proper
review of PO, payment terms, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and
shipping instructions.Actively follows up on quotations to secure
an order. Respond to customer inquiries and ensure company
understands customer's requirements.Coordinates with engineering,
service & customer to solve any problems. Prepare customer feedback
Contract Review of Customer purchase orders and contractsObtain and
provide information necessary for weekly/monthly reports and
forecastOther Duties as AssignedProposal Project ManagementManage
timeline and coordinates with Assembly and Shipping regarding:
machinery shipments, any necessary packaging requirements, and that
shipments occur according to Export Manual.Manage order milestones
to ensure customer requirements are met make sure order stays on
schedule through the life of the order or contract that payments
are made per quoted terms. This will at times include collection of
past due payments and/or processing Letters of Credit.Manage
customer supplied material if required by orders.Attend weekly
scheduling meetings to communicate and review scheduled ship dates,
customer request dates, and volume of work for scheduling upcoming
orders. Technical Review of customer's specifications with
Engineering.Ensure timely approval of customer electrical and
mechanical drawingsEducation:BS or BA degree in technical or
business discipline.
