No Contact Contact Phone Ext Contact Email Job Summary/Basic Function The Associate Director of Affiliate Operations ( ADAO ) reports to the Director of Affiliate Operations. The ADAO will be responsible for the operational management of several Flight Training Affiliate ( FTA ) locations. Operational management will include, but is not limited to, maintaining all regulatory compliance items for each FTA location (i.e. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Federal Aviation Administration, Veterans Administration, and Insurance). The ADAO is responsible for maintaining all required flight student documents from each FTA location, monitoring the performance and success of flight students from each FTA location, managing flight student lab fees and coordinating payments/student scheduling with each FTA , assisting with student inquiries, assisting with FTA inquiries, coordinating incomplete course documents with online professors, and conducting initial and recurrent training for FTA staff. The ADAO may travel for recruiting or compliance purposes. The ADAO may perform other items as directed by the Director of Affiliate Operations. Minimum Qualifications Four-year college degree required. (Aeronautics/Business preferred) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Aeronautics or Business preferred.
Commercial pilot and flight instructor ratings preferred.
Prior risk management experience preferred, but not required.
Recruiting experience a plus
Astute knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements ( FAA , VA, SACS , Department of Education).
