Skills and Experience Requirements • Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or HVAC Installer • Working knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • EPA certification preferred • Ability to read basic schematics and follow technical instructions • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Professional communication and customer service skills Job Responsibilities • Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions • Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes • Complete service documentation accurately and on time • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Pay and Schedule Pay ranges from $18 to $26 an hour, depending on skills and experience. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
