About the Role:

• Support initiatives focused on raw material cost reduction and risk mitigation.
• Lead projects related to qualifying alternate or more cost-effective raw material suppliers.
• Collaborate in production process improvements, driving plant efficiency, product quality enhancements, and establishing new product manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop an extensive understanding of the company's manufacturing process, products, and associated costs to effectively support efficiency improvements and business goals.
• Clarify problems to be solved and identify solutions that need to be addressed. Requirements:
  • B.S. in a field related to polymer engineering, material science engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • 2 3 years of industrial experience.
