Functions and Responsibilities: /n /n - Assemble Sycool units and
non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies in accordance with defined
assembly processes. /n - Final assembly of foam panel doors (i.e.
install door handles and hinges). /n - Perform material handling
procedures in a safe and effective manner. /n - Inventory control
as it relates to the position (responsible for ensuring Kanban
levels are maintained). /n - Adhere to Munters Quality System,
maintain & submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets. /n -
Observe and enforce all safety rules. /n - Other Duties: /n -
Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory, as
required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality
requirements. /n - Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly
condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules
and requirements. /n - Participate in any variety of meetings and
work groups to assist with training new employees, integrate
activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems,
and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new
developments, requirements, and policies. /n - Perform other
related duties as assigned. /n - Tools and Equipment: /n - Use hand
and hand power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices such as
vacuum lifters, cranes and forklifts. /n - Assembling sheet metal
parts and components using various hand and power tools /n -
Installing electrical, gas, and air conditioning equipment /n -
Testing of equipment /n - Loading of finished product on trucks /n
- Assisting in on-the-job training of newer employees /n -
Completing quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork /n
- Education: /n - Minimum of High School Diploma or GED /n - Skill
Requirements: /n - Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, use
of measuring devices, excellent mechanical aptitude, use of hand
and power tools. /n - Training Requirements: /n - Munters Corp.
Orientation, Quality Assurance and Safety Awareness, Assembly II
