A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Credit and
Collections.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage credit underwriting and collections policies to
balance risk and growth
Develop and refine credit approval and credit limit models
Optimize collections operations using third-party services and
internal resources
Required Qualifications
Proven success in developing and implementing effective credit
policies and models
Experience leading underwriting and collections operations
Track record of building and leading high-performance teams
Strong quantitative skills for building and evaluating credit
models
Experience with Small and Medium Business (SMB) credit is a
plus
