Job descriptionPrimarily responsible for accounts payable and
Receive, organize, distribute, and take mail to/from post
Assist in organization and distribution of vendor emails (invoices
Answer vendor phone calls and assist in vendor inquiries
Assist purchasing department with invoice backup support
Assist with check run process including mailing of vendor
Complete new vendor setup including credit applications
Assist Staff Accountants with ad hoc reporting and account detail
Assist payroll and benefits team with employee questions and
Work closely with other departments including Human Resources,
Purchasing, Operations and Project Management to assist with
accounting information requests.
Perform other administrative functions such as office supply
orders, scanning/filing, and handling all third-party deliveries
(FedEx, UPS, etc).
Willingness to learn detailed processes and assist Staff
Desire to take on more responsibilities with gained experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication skills and desire to work with others
Business education (associate's or bachelor's degree)
Relevant experience in an office setting - administrator or office
Working knowledge of Excel and Adobe software
Working knowledge of Outlook email and Windows file folders
