If so, we’d love to meet you! Park Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care is looking for a self-starter, go-getter, fun-loving Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced, compassionate team. What are we looking for in an individual to join our team? A positive, upbeat person who thrives in a busy environment Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing A team player with strong communication skills Able to stay calm, organized, and kind, even on hectic urgent care days Veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person! What do we expect from our CSR's? Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine empathy, first impressions matter, and you set the tone. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help manage urgent care flow. Think juggling… you’ll do it all day, every day, but you’ll never do it alone. You’ll be backed by an incredible team. Communicate clearly and kindly, whether it’s a routine visit or a stressful moment. Treat every client like your most important guest, the one you really want to impress. Support our veterinary team to keep each day running smoothly. Strong communication is everything here, and teamwork makes the magic happen. Handle payments, records, and administrative tasks with attention to detail. Yes, there’s a money side, being comfortable with basic math is a must. Why will you love working here?
