North Carolina. Sales Manager RoleD'Artagnan, the nation's premier

Candidates will have the ability and desire to build and cultivate
business relationships, are skilled at problem solving and can
execute outstanding service to clients. Our business has a large
client base of 4-star restaurants and we are seeking a strong and
eager candidates with an understanding of high quality culinary
products to continue our growth.This role is not a typical sales
positionStrong food knowledge and management experience in quality
full-service restaurants/hotels is required for these positions.
Both front and back of the house candidates will be considered
based on the individual's experiences. In these roles, you will
work with top chefs on a daily basis, and you must be familiar with
their expectations and requirements. To be successful you will
possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of exquisite
food.You will be joining a team of dedicated industry professionals
with a strong passion for perfection who are results driven. You
must be detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious
and creative without being overbearing. Strong communication,
collaboration and presentation skills are essential.Principal
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans that
promote and sell high sustainably raised meat, poultry and game
itemsDevelop new business through networking and consultative sales
approach and grow existing accountsKeep up with market trends,
understand your customer business and present product solutions
based on clients' needs and goalsPerform administrative duties such
as; preparing and presenting proposals, reporting against
individual sales performance plans and maintaining sales
recordsRequirementsDegree preferred (Business, Marketing,
Hospitality or Culinary Arts)5-7 years of chef/restaurant
management and/or culinary sales experiencePC skills and
proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and ExcelTotal Compensation
PackageBase salary plus annual bonus potential. Base salary is
